Being spiritual is often confused with being religious, chanting in the woods or using healing crystals and it could be but it is also so much more. We all need to determine the practice that helps us find peace and purpose in life.

Besides those listed above, we can also become more spiritual by:

  • Being social and making personal connections with people (see Relationships)
  • Spending time in nature, even just a walk through the park.
  • Meditating
  • Yoga
  • Exercise
  • Listening to music
  • Anything that helps you get to know your deepest self.
  • Unplug from electronics.

Take time for your spiritual health and a healthy body and mind won’t be far behind.
