Discipline and habits are what form our thoughts and put us on the routine to success. It is often thought that discipline takes away from the spontaneity of life, on the contrary, I have found that having the discipline to wake up earlier, to meditate, to form good thought habits all add to the value (and spontaneity) of life.
I am going to be focussing on forming a number of habits, these will be covered in the blog and I will put the summary and learning on here starting with the 21 days of no complaining.
